Four districts of Tbilisi make up the demo selection.

  • Vake

    The district around Vake Park and Tbilisi State University. Two apartments in the demo set are here: 58 and 96 m².

  • Saburtalo

    A high-rise district with metro stations. Two apartments in the demo set are here, both in new buildings: 42 and 88 m².

  • Sololaki

    The old centre with low buildings and inner courtyards. The demo apartments here sit in 4- and 5-storey houses.

  • Didube

    A district next to the bus station and the market. The two cheapest apartments of the demo set are here: 92,000 and 138,000 GEL.

What does registration of ownership cost and how long does it take?
By the published tariffs of the National Agency of Public Registry, registering a change of ownership of immovable property costs 150 GEL within 4 working days, 270 GEL within 1 working day and 350 GEL on the day the application is filed. Is this a real agency?
No. Mtkvari Realty is an invented brand for a trial site. It has no office, no staff, no phone number and no licence, and no deal stands behind it.
Where do the apartments and prices come from?
They were made up to test the layout: eight listings, four districts, prices in lari. They are not adverts, and nothing here can be bought.
What happens if I submit the form?
Nothing. The form on this site sends nothing and stores nothing: no mail, no database, no data leaving the page.
Which languages does the site use?
Russian and English, each with its own address: /ru/ and /en/. Georgian is not included yet: the preset fonts have to be checked for Georgian script first.
